Refunds and Returns

30-DAY RETURN RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that things happen. If you are not satisfied, your items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please read this policy carefully because different return procedures are dependent upon which item(s) you purchased. Returns are not accepted without a Return Authorization (RMA).

THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

Apparel, canvas photos, and several other items are print-on-demand, and the return policies of the respective fulfillment centers will take priority. Be sure to familiarize yourself with their policies prior to ordering. We stand behind our customers and will work to expedite solutions.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products/downloads
  • Custom or personalized orders unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt. Photos required of package and product.
  • Liquidation or sale items marked as “all sales final”.
  • Important! Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until you have received instructions and/or RMA from us.

RETURN SHIPPING

If the wrong item was sent, or if an item is defective or damaged you will be provided with a return label. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

PROCESS

We will provide you with instructions for returning to the fulfillment center, or a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your items if we shipped them ourselves. Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 14 business days. To initiate a return or exchange, please get in touch with us by email at support@adventurecowboy.com.

You must provide:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The description of the issue
  • Supporting photos of the issue (mandatory for production issues as well as shipping damage)

REJECTION REASONS

Refunds will be rejected for various reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Book with obvious signs of use such as damaged pages or cover, food, or other marks on inside pages.
  • The applicant is not the original purchaser.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

We reserve the right to use our discretion to issue partial refunds or make exceptions.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made to the original account used for purchase and will appear on your statement.
