Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at ADVENTURECOWBOY.COM.
Ideally all our customers will be Happy Campers and delighted with their purchases. But, we are realistic, and know sometimes things don’t fit, or they’re not what you expected, or… STOP!
NO EXPLANATION NEEDED. Just send it back within 30 days and we’ll either refund 100% of the purchase price – or exchange it and ship the new item free of charge. Just let us know which you prefer.
- After 30 days and up to 60 days, we accept returns, but there will be a 20% restocking fee withheld from the refund.
- No returns after 60 days. Unless – it was held for a gift. Christmas gifts have until January 15 to be returned in case you’re anearly shopper.
How to Return
Item needs to be unused, unwashed, and in, or with the original packaging.
If the item is defective, please note the defect on your receipt or a separate note.
Please include the receipt or proof of purchase. (Item must have been originally purchased from The Adventure Cowboy. Yard sale stickers and Ebay receipts don’t qualify!)
Return shipping is at your own expense, but we will ship the exchange item to you free of charge. Or, you can request a refund. For an exchange, please specify what you are exchanging for.
Unless instructed otherwise, Items should be returned via USPS Priority or other method that allows tracking, to:
Telephone number and email address should be provided in case we need to contact you.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Refunds will be made to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Your card issuer’s policies will determine how fast you receive the credit.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
